About us

TeamPlayr LLC builds where families find youth sports. Our sites, Flag Football Finder and TeamPlayr, are where parents land when they search "flag football near me" and where local programs get found. We're growing fast, mostly through organic search, and we work with brands and organizations across youth sports.

The role

You run our social and email start to finish: Instagram, Facebook, and our newsletters, for our Flag Football Finder and for the partner brands we produce for. You plan the calendar, make the content, write it, send it, and tell us what's working. Nobody hands you a task list.

We're not a corporate marketing shop. We sound like coaches talking to coaches. If that's not how you write, this isn't your job.

What you'll do

• Plan and run the content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, and email
• Make the content yourself: graphics, short-form video, carousels, captions
• Write and send our newsletters, one for families and one for the coaches and partners we work with
• Run that same playbook for the partner brands we support
• Handle the comments, DMs, and engagement, and grow the audience
• Watch the numbers, tell us what's moving, and adjust

What you need

• You write like a coach, not a marketer. We can't teach that, so it's what we screen hardest for.
• Real social work we can look at. Send accounts you've run and posts that did something.
• You've sent newsletters people actually opened, not just drafted them.
• You know Instagram and Facebook.
• You know how how to use video editing sofware like Edits, CapCut, or similar
• You know how to use Canva
• You can make the video and the graphics yourself, not just schedule them.
• You don't need a boss checking in. This is a one-founder shop and nobody's assigning you work each morning.
• You're 18 or older.
• Nice to have: a sports background, experience sending email through a tool like MailerLite, some Webflow or website experience.
