Hey there! If you're looking for an exciting way for your child to stay active in Southlake, the RISE Flag Football League might be just what you need. Kicking off in early September and running through early November, the games are held at the beautiful North Park on East Dove Road. What's great is that the league fits perfectly around busy schedules, especially for multi-sport athletes, as practices happen right before games on Fridays. This inclusive league separates kids based on their grade, from Kindergarten all the way through 8th grade, and has divisions like K-2nd, 3rd-4th, and so on. With a 6v6 format and small rosters, every child gets plenty of playtime. There are no tryouts or drafts, so teams are really about fun and friends—rosters are shaped by friend or coach requests. Volunteer parent coaches ensure a supportive environment. And with eight games culminating in a super fun playoff, there's plenty of action.
