Bella Spehr is a 16-year-old student athlete who balances her academics while participating in two varsity sports simultaneously. She maintains a high GPA while challenging herself with advanced classes, demonstrating exceptional time management and dedication.
Bella is surrounded by sports and has a strong foundation in athletics, having been a cheerleader for 9 years, competing at the junior high, varsity, and All-Star levels. She has been a four-year varsity cheer athlete and served as the team captain during her junior year.
Looking for a new challenge, she embraced flag football and is now successfully participating in both Varsity Cheer and Varsity Flag Football at the same time. She quickly developed into a standout player and currently holds the position of Varsity Flag Football Captain.
As a flag football player, she is a crucial starter on defense as a DB. Her versatility on offense allows her to excel in multiple roles, including WR, RB, and even occasionally QB, making her a dynamic and unpredictable asset on the field.
Her commitment and performance have led to her holding region records such as 1st Team DB and 2nd Team WR. Bella believes that success in sports is not only about skill but also about passion, mental toughness, and leadership. She has demonstrated all three, not just as a two-sport athlete but also as a captain in two different sports. She has the passion and mentality to continue her flag football career beyond the high school level.
