I’ve been playing flag football for the past three years, starting in a co-ed league and most recently competing in a girls league, and it’s been one of the best ways I’ve grown as an athlete. I also play on a national girls travel team, which has pushed me to a higher level of competition and a deeper understanding of the game.
I play both sides of the ball, and that’s what I love most. On defense, I thrive at linebacker breaking down the offense, reading formations, anticipating plays, and putting myself in position to make stops. On offense, I bring that same mindset to my runs using vision, patience, and quick decision-making to create space and move the ball.
I’m looking to continue playing flag football at the collegiate level, competing at a high level while continuing to grow as a student-athlete. Flag football has taught me how to think the game, not just play it, and I love making an impact wherever my team needs me.
