Introduction I am Jessica Knight, a dedicated student-athlete at Sir Wilfrid Laurier Secondary School. 

Standing 6'0" and weighing 170lbs, I am passionate about football and committed to excellence whether at practice, during gameplay or in the classroom. 

I have a coach-like understanding of all disciplines of football and am a recognized leader, both off and on the field.

• Female Athlete of the Year Grades 9-12

• Currently in ID Camp to represent Canada in Austria during Sommer of 2026 at United World Games

• Led all-girls team in inaugural UWO Flag League (2022)

• London WOLFPAAC Team Captain and MVP (2022 – 2026)

• Led team to an undefeated 8-0 season and a OWFL provincial championship twice (2023 & 2025)

• Key contributor on both offense and defense – OL – Long Snapper, DL, WR, QB, LB

          o National Champion Gold Medalist (2024)

          o National Bronze Medalist Team Member (2023)
