My name is Silorah Kese, Class of 2027, and I have been playing flag football for two years. I was introduced to the sport during my sophomore year of high school and have continued growing ever since. My passion for flag football comes from using the abilities God has blessed me with and giving Him the glory through my performance and character on and off the field.
I began my journey playing club flag football with the Lady Stags flag football program. Since then, I’ve competed in the Islands Best Las Vegas tournament and attended showcases and combines including the King of Kings “Crown Me” Showcase and the B.A.W.L Combine.
At 6’0”, I use my height, athleticism, instincts, and football IQ to make plays defensively, especially creating turnovers and jumping routes for interceptions. My primary position is safety, but I also bring versatility at wide receiver. Along with athletics, I maintain a 4.1 GPA, showing the same discipline in the classroom that I bring to the field.
Outside of flag football, I played basketball from 2nd–7th grade and volleyball from 8th–11th grade, including varsity basketball and varsity volleyball in high school. My goal is to major in child psychology, pediatric nursing, or early childhood development so I can help the future generations of children and increase Polynesian women representation in nursing. I also aspire to continue my football journey at the collegiate level and one day compete in Olympic flag football or represent Team USA!
