Radford University is a Division I institution, and our Women’s Flag Football team is an elevated club sport built with a varsity-level approach. We practice, train, and prepare with the same standards you’d expect from a competitive college program, and we recruit athletes who want to be pushed, developed, and supported at a high level. Our focus is on strong fundamentals, smart football, and creating a competitive environment where players can grow fast. Athletes in our program get structured practices, film study, position-specific coaching, strength and conditioning support, and a staff that cares about both their game and their future.
