5 Star Nation - Nationals Flag
5 Star Nation is proud to present the National Youth Flag Championship boys and girls. All flag games will be 5v5 format. Pool play will be on Friday and Saturday, with bracket play on Sunday with a single elimination playoff.
Championship rings, trophy will be awarded to champions.
-Jan 1 2026 age cut off date
-Teams have 4 downs to score, starting at their own 5 yard line, and no first down to gain.
-5v5 (max roster size of 9)
-Games are 24 minutes (NFL Flag Tournament Style)
-Teams will receive 2 time outs per game
-Halftime 1:00 minute
-Each team will have 4 downs to score. No punting. Ball will go back to opposing teams 5 yard line if a turnover on downs.
-Teams must provide their own NFL flags or similar flags and their own jerseys.
-Pro clock inside one min
-24-point mercy rule
-14 inch + flags all brands
-QB can run if they are blitzed
-No Run Zone 5 yards or closer to endzone.
-laterals behind the line of scrimmage only
-NO rusher identification
-All games will be lived streamed by ballerTV
Zorts Player & Coaches Cards: ALL players and coaches must have a Zorts card. This is an annual membership from date of purchase. Zorts player cards hold teams accountable to player's ages. Zorts coaches cards will speed up the check in process and hold teams accountable to their max number of coaches.
