F3 Flag Girls Small Group Training
F3 Flag is a recurring small-group development program for committed female flag football athletes ages 13–18.
The program is built to complement team practice by giving athletes more focused reps, more individual feedback, and more detail than a team environment can typically provide.
Athletes train in weekly one-hour sessions with a maximum of eight athletes per group, creating an environment where coaches can teach, correct, compete, and develop each athlete with intention.
This is not a one-time camp.
F3 is an ongoing development system built for athletes who want more.
