Girls HS Flag divisions are organized by age groups—14U, 15U, 16U, and 17U—ensuring athletes compete with peers of similar age and skill level. The "Girls" designation specifies all-female teams, while "League" refers to the overall competition structure. These divisions help create a fair and supportive environment for players to develop and enjoy the game.
The event takes place at Stephen Gregg Hudson County Park in Bayonne, NJ. This spacious, family-friendly park is easy to access and offers plenty of amenities for visiting teams and families.
This event is limited to girls-only divisions. Only girls may participate in Girls HS Flag.
The Girls HS Flag division is a competitive league designed for high school girls who want to develop their skills and get extra game experience. We also welcome 8th graders who will be entering high school in the fall. While the league is competitive, it is not limited to elite athletes—players of all experience levels are encouraged to join. Divisions are structured to match athletes with similar skill levels, ensuring everyone has a positive and challenging experience. Our goal is to help every player grow, build confidence, and enjoy the game, regardless of their starting point.
Girls HS Flag is a great fit for athletes in 8th-11th grade (14U-17U) who are looking for a competitive environment to develop their skills, gain valuable game experience, and have fun with peers who share their passion for flag football. Our league welcomes 8th graders preparing for high school, offering them a head start and a chance to compete against older players, which accelerates growth and confidence on the field. This division is ideal for girls who want extra reps, enjoy healthy competition, and are eager to challenge themselves while building friendships and exposure in the sport. If you’re ready to take your game to the next level or just want to see what high school flag football is all about, we encourage you to register or reach out with any questions.
