Hey Natchitoches parents! If you're looking for a fun and engaging activity for your child this spring, the RISE Flag Football league is just around the corner! Running from April through May, all games are hosted at the fantastic Parc Natchitoches, located at 4515 University Parkway. This league is perfect for kids from Kindergarten through 8th grade, with divisions tailored according to grade level, including an exciting girls only middle school division. What's great about this league is that it's all about inclusivity and fun. There are no tryouts or drafts; your child can join with friends or be placed with kids from nearby schools or neighborhoods. With small rosters of 8-10 players, everyone gets ample playtime in each game, which is fantastic for their development. The season includes six to eight games plus playoffs and consolation matches. Practices are conveniently held on game days, making it ideal for kids who play multiple sports. Plus, all our amazing coaches are volunteer parents, adding a true community feel to the experience.
