All Championship 7v7 tournaments are Certified Zorts events and are ranked National Power Index Events.

Championship 7v7 operates events on a national scale providing a safe and highly competitive environment for athletes to showcase their abilities. Media and Recruiting Analyst are in attendance at all events. At certain designated events Championship 7v7 offers additional competitions and opportunities for selected athletes to compete and gain added exposure. Championship 7v7 has added a 1v1 Battle and a QB Challenge to its operations 

SAFETY: Mouthpieces and Soft Shell Helmets are MANDATORY at all events and must be worn by all participating athletes. Failure to comply will result in athlete being removed from the field of play. GameBreaker offers a 4-5 Star Rated soft shell helmet (VA Tech Lab) and is  highly recommend. GameBreaker soft shell helmets will be available to purchase or rent at all events. You can also click on the Gamebreaker link to create and purchase your custom sof shell helmet.

PLAYER/COACH ELIGIBILITY: All Players and Coaches must have a valid Zorts Card. Players can only play on 1 team and 1 age division per tournament.Any Player caught playing for multipple teams can be Disqualified nd Ejected from the event. The Teams will forfeit any games that the Player participated in. Zorts Facial Recognition software is used at checkin for all events. Only 4 total Coaches/Managers are allowed on the sdieline during the game (they must all be wearing the designated wristband given at checkin or they will not be allowed on the sideline). Unsigned Seniors are eligible to participate (A verbal commit does not count as being signed)

ZORTS PLAYER/COACH CARDS: 8u, 10u, 12u, 14u, 15u, 18u, Girls HS Flag. All Players and Caoches MUST have a valid Zorts Player/Coach Card in order to participate in any event. The Zorts Card is a feature to ensure the integrity of our tournamnets. Birth Certificates with a raised seal and/or official copies, Passports, Tribal ID, or State ID/License are all acceptable forms for Zorts. Parents only need to upload documents once per year as the Zorts Card is valid for 12 months. All information will be processed, verified and approved by Zorts.

REGISTRATION: Teams need to register before the deadline in order to be scheduled for the event (deadline to register at 11:30 p.m. central the Wednesday night prior to the event). If a division is full when you try and register yo can request to be put on the wait list and contact Championship 7v7 at besgtx@gmail.com or 979-224-0035. You can put a non-ferundable deposit down to hold a spot and that allows you invite players and create roster for the event (the balance has to be paid by 1:00 p.m. central on the Frdiay before the event or the team will be removed from the event and not be able to participate. Whe registering multiple teams, you must register all teams at the same time in order to receive the multi-team discount. Championship 7v7 is committed to the safety and integrity of its events. Submitting fradulent documents, fighting, verbal abuse, or behavior deemed unacceptable will result in the Player and/or Coach being ejected from event and being banned from any or all events for the season. That information will also be shared through Zorts with all other 7v7 event operators. 

REFUND POLICY: All tournamnet registrations are non-refundable unless Championship 7v7 cancels the event or approves a case by case extenuating circumstance. All refunds will be processed through Stripe using the same card infromation that was used for registration. It takes 7-14 days for Stripe to process refunds. Any Person/Team that fraudulently disputes charges will be banne by Zorts and not allowed to participate in any Zorts affiliated events. Also, Ciminal Charges for Theft Of Service may be filed.

MEDIA: All Media (team, freelance, national) must go to our website (www.championship7v7.com) and complete the online Media Request Form for each individual event. There will be an approved Media List at the main entrance of the venue. You will need to checkin and receive your credentials before you enter the facility. You must be approved and have your credentials in order to be able to cover the event from your designated field locations.
