Spring League 2026
Girls Play Flag Football Spring League is now open for registration. This all girls NFL FLAG program is designed for athletes ages 4 to 14 of all skill levels. Players enjoy a fun competitive and supportive environment with no tryouts and guaranteed playing time.
Each week includes a 1 hour practice followed by a 1 hour game at convenient local locations. The season features 6 practices and 6 games with opportunities for top 4 tournament playoffs and Super Bowl style experiences. Coach and buddy requests are welcome and no prior football experience is required.
Participants receive an official NFL FLAG jersey and belt. The league is safe non contact and family friendly making it a great way for girls to build confidence learn teamwork and have fun playing flag football.
