Cajun Heat 11U athletes (typically 5th–6th grade) play fast, structured flag football. This is the level where strategy becomes a weapon — motion, route combinations, coverage disguises — and where athletes who've grown up in the program start separating themselves. Practices are demanding, tournament fields are deeper, and the team competes to win against quality travel programs around the country.
