Coed 12U athletes (typically 6th–7th grade) compete against strong travel competition across the region and the country, running an advanced playbook with position-specific responsibilities on both sides of the ball. This is where game IQ, technique, and athleticism come together — the speed of tournament play demands it, and the coaching staff builds for it every week.

It's also a checkpoint in the pipeline. Athletes at 12U are proving they belong at 14U, where the competition gets older, faster, and closer to high school ball. Every rep at this level is an audition for the next one — and that standard is exactly why Cajun Heat teams travel well.
