Coed 10U is built for athletes ages 9–10 (typically 4th–5th grade) who are ready to move beyond the basics. The division layers game strategy on top of fundamentals — reading defenses, running crisper routes, and understanding situational football — while keeping 5v5 competition balanced and fun. Athletes at this level start to find their positions and their voice as teammates. It's competitive youth flag football with development and sportsmanship at the center.
