Girls 14U is where Fully Loaded's girls flag football program begins. Athletes ages 13–14 (typically 8th–9th grade) train in a girls-only environment focused on advanced fundamentals, position development, and competitive 5v5 play. With girls flag football now a sanctioned high school sport in a growing number of states and expanding at the college level, this division gives female athletes in the Fairfield, Ohio area a real development path — with a clear route up through Fully Loaded's 16U and 18U travel teams.
