The Girls 16U travel team competes in tournament play against top girls flag football talent from across the region. Built for athletes ages 15–16 (typically 10th–11th grade), the roster is selected through evaluations, and players are expected to bring commitment, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Coaching focuses on advanced technique, game planning, and the habits that translate to high school girls flag football and beyond. Backed by the CE Stars partnership, athletes get exposure to higher-level coaching and competitive opportunities across the region.
