Girls 18U is the top of the Fully Loaded pipeline. This elite travel team is built for dedicated athletes ages 17–18 (typically 11th–12th grade) competing at the highest level of regional girls flag football, with advanced coaching, a high-level tournament schedule, and opportunities to showcase their skills against elite competition. As girls flag football expands into sanctioned high school seasons and college scholarship programs, this roster is where Fully Loaded athletes position themselves for what's next. Selection is by evaluation.
