H.E.R. 18U Girls Flag Football Team
The H.E.R. 18U team represents the core values of Hard-work, Endurance, and Resilience. Based in North Richland Hills, Texas, this talented squad of young women is making waves in the flag football world with grit, unity, and heart. Led by Coach Marcus Calvillo, the team competes at a high level across the state, proudly upholding the mission of H.E.R.—to empower, develop, and elevate girls through sport and sisterhood.
The 18U H.E.R. team has an impressive track record, including being League Champions of the Fierce Beauties Flag League (2023), runner-ups in We Run The World Texas (2023), CenTex Sports Texas Showdown (2023), and the AT&T Stadium Tournament. Their success extends beyond the field, with two players heading to college on flag scholarships—one to Texas Wesleyan University and one to Pratt Community College—and one player currently competing at Saint Mary’s University.
Whether they’re locking down on defense or executing with precision on offense, these young women are more than just athletes—they're future leaders driven by purpose and passion.
