Minnesota Motion 18U is a girls 5-on-5 flag football program focused on player development, football IQ, and growing the game of girls flag football in Minnesota. We practice twice per week during the winter and summer season and compete in both winter and summer seasons, traveling to tournaments and competing against teams locally and out of state. Our program emphasizes learning the game of flag football — including strategy, spacing, route running, and defensive concepts — not just traditional tackle football concepts. Minnesota Motion is built to develop players, create opportunities, and help grow girls flag football at the highest level.
