The One of One 14U Flag Football team develops young athletes with the skills and confidence to compete at the highest levels. Based in Oklahoma City and led by Coach Shamiel Gary, former NFL defensive back, the 14U squad emphasizes speed, fundamentals, and football IQ while preparing athletes for high school competition and beyond.
