The Orlando Suns are a girls 7v7 flag football development program based in Orlando, Florida, serving middle school and high school athletes. We created the Suns to fill a gap in the area, where there were limited opportunities for girls to continue playing and developing outside of the school season. Our program focuses on building football IQ, position-specific skills, and confidence through structured training and competitive play. We welcome athletes of all experience levels who are motivated to improve, compete, and grow within a positive, team-first environment, with the goal of helping players elevate their game and prepare for varsity and beyond.
