Pit Boss Lady Tigers 14U is a competitive girls travel flag football organization based in Charlotte, NC, built on toughness, discipline, sisterhood, and heart. More than just a football team, we are a family focused on developing confident young women on and off the field.

Our program emphasizes leadership, accountability, hard work, and exposure while competing against top talent in regional and national 5v5 girls flag football tournaments. We pride ourselves on playing physical, fast, and fundamentally sound football with a relentless “Pit Boss Mentality” — tough, fearless, and never backing down from competition.
