The SA Lady Dolphins 10U team is a competitive girls flag football team based in San Antonio, TX for athletes ages 9–10. This 5v5 flag football team builds on core fundamentals with an emphasis on game strategy, positional development, and competitive play. Players develop skills in passing, receiving, defensive coverage, and flag-pulling technique while competing against top programs across Texas. The SA Lady Dolphins 10U squad prepares young female athletes for higher levels of competition while fostering discipline, sportsmanship, and lifelong friendships on and off the field.
