The SA Lady Dolphins 8U team is a competitive girls flag football team in San Antonio, TX for athletes ages 7–8. Part of the SA Lady Dolphins program, this 5v5 flag football team focuses on building foundational skills like route running, flag pulling, and quarterback mechanics in a fun, supportive environment. The 8U squad is designed to introduce young girls to competitive flag football while developing teamwork, confidence, and a love for the game. The SA Lady Dolphins welcome athletes from across the San Antonio area, including Helotes, Leon Valley, and the surrounding communities.
