Sonic Boom Football is a comprehensive football training program that prioritizes development of the whole athlete - physically, mentally, emotionally, and technically. Staffed by highly qualified coaches and trainers from the youth, high school and college football ranks, Sonic Boom is equal parts football skill development, speed/agility training, and athlete character development.

Each of our age-division teams will hone their skills with weekly 90 minute practices and then compete against the region's best in major Flag Football tournaments, some hosted at iconic venues like Harvard Stadium and Fenway Park!
