Sonic Boom’s 12U girls team is a welcoming and empowering space for young female athletes (around ages 11–13) wanting to learn and grow their flag football skills. We focus on teaching route running, catching, flag pulling, athleticism — along with teamwork, confidence, and community. Whether she’s new to football or already has some experience, this team provides a supportive place to build skills, friendships, and love for the game. It’s ideal for parents who want their daughter to have a fun yet structured introduction or continued growth in football among other girls.
