About South OC Wave 12U Black

Wave’s 12U Black squad is designed for younger girls (around 11–12)  who have mastered fundamentals and are hungry, ready, and have the fire to elevate their game. The South OC Wave 12U Black team is part of a premier girls flag-football program based in South Orange County, led by Wave alumna and college athlete Sydney Hogancamp alongside co-founder Chad Hogancamp. Focused on building fundamentals, game-speed skills, teamwork, attitude, effort, and energy, the team emphasizes not just athletic growth but personal development, confidence, and leadership. South OC Wave is committed to empowering young female athletes, providing a supportive environment where every girl can excel on and off the field, while fostering a love for the game and pride in wearing the Wave jersey.
