The South OC Wave 14U squad brings together girls around 13–14 years old who are ready to build on fundamentals and grow under strong leadership. The team is coached by Allan Pulido — who’s been coaching women’s flag football since 2000 (beginning at UC Irvine) and currently serves as the Head Coach for Girls’ Freshman Flag at San Juan Hills High School — along with assistant coach Nariman “Nerm” Noorzady, a coach with prior experience leading 14U girls’ flag teams in South Orange County.  Under Allan and Nerm’s guidance, 14U focuses on fundamentals, teamwork, game‑speed development, and instilling strong attitude, effort, and energy — while emphasizing personal growth, sportsmanship, and a love for flag football. As part of the club’s mission, 14U creates a supportive yet challenging space for players to develop skills, confidence, and leadership, building a foundation for future levels with South OC Wave.
