The Standing on Business 10U team, coached by Shae Brown, was established in August 2024 as a dynamic split from the original 12U squad. What began as a developmental move has quickly evolved into a competitive powerhouse. Under Coach Shae’s leadership, this group of young athletes has embraced the core values of hard work, faith, and sisterhood, making an immediate impact on the field. As part of Standing on Business Youth Football—an all-girls flag football organization founded by Kimmalla Mitchell in November 2023—the 10U team represents the next wave of excellence. With a foundation rooted in empowerment, family, and competitive growth, the 10U team continues to rise as a force to be reckoned with in youth flag football.
