TruSkillz 12U is where athletes stop being "kids who play flag" and start becoming flag football players. Girls ages 11–12 (typically 6th–7th grade) go deeper on their positions — quarterbacks working full-field reads, receivers running the complete route tree, defenders learning coverage concepts and disguises. Speed and agility training runs alongside the football work, because at the national level, 12U games are won in space.
The team competes on the national travel circuit, testing itself against top programs from across Florida and beyond. That matters in a state where the best 12U athletes are only two years from trying out for sanctioned varsity flag football. TruSkillz 12U athletes arrive at that moment with tournament poise most of their future teammates won't have.
