The TruSkillz 16U team operates at the sharp end of girls travel flag football. Athletes ages 15–16 (typically 10th–11th grade) are in-season varsity players who use the travel circuit to compete above their weekly level — facing top national programs at events like the USA Flag World Championships and the Orlando Cup. Coaches with USA National Team and college playing experience refine the details that separate good varsity players from recruits: release technique, pre-snap recognition, situational execution, closing speed.

With NAIA and NCAA programs adding women's flag football every year — including nationally ranked Keiser University right in West Palm Beach — 16U athletes are building the film, the tournament results, and the exposure that college coaches look for.
