PHX Surge is a competitive, nonprofit flag football organization based in Phoenix, Arizona, competing at the national tournament level. Our mission is to deliver elite coaching, top-tier competition, and an affordable path for athletes to grow in the game. With a staff of experienced coaches — including former Division I athletes and seasoned flag football professionals — we provide the skills, strategies, and mindset needed to succeed against the best teams in the country. As a nonprofit program, PHX Surge offers a high-quality club experience at nearly half the cost of most other organizations, making competitive flag football more accessible for families. Our teams train year-round and compete in some of the biggest tournaments in the sport, helping athletes gain exposure and prepare for the next level of play.
