How to Apply

Follow these simple steps to apply for your sponsored camp spot.

Create your free athlete profile

Create a profile on the athlete portal to tell us who you are, where you play, and what you're working towards. It only takes a few minutes.

2.

Apply inside your athlete dashboard

Once your athlete profile is live, you'll see a button to apply for the camp sponshorship. Answer a few questions or upload a video to complete your application

3.

Stay Ready

If selected, we'll notify you by email and announce the sponsored athletes via IG and email.

Who can apply?

Any athlete in grades 7-18 who plays flag football or is looking to improve. You don’t need to be on a current team — just ready to compete and grow.

Do I need to live in Texas to apply?

Nope! Athletes from anywhere can apply. If selected, you’ll need to arrange your own travel and lodging to the Fort Worth camp.

Is the sponsorship 100% free?

Yes. Flag Football Finder is covering the full cost of camp registration for selected athletes — no fees, no catch. Travel and other expenses are not included.

When is the camp?

The camp will be held August 29, 2025 in Fort Worth, TX, however exact dates and location are subject to change. Check out the camp website for more details.

What do I need to apply?

Just build your free Flag Football Finder athlete profile and answer a few short questions inside your dashboard.

How are athletes selected?

Selections are made by the Flag Football Finder selection committee based on profile completeness, effort, and application responses — not just skill or experience. We want athletes who are serious about learning, competing, and giving back to the game.

When will winners be annlunced?

All selected athletes will be notified by July 25, 2025, and we’ll feature the winners on social and email shortly after.
