Kansas City Heat 14U represents the next level of elite girls flag football in the Kansas City area. Featuring both Red and Teal squads, this group has become nationally recognized for competing — and winning — against some of the toughest competition in the country and beyond. These teams don’t shy away from big stages; they seek them out, regularly lining up against top-tier national programs and international teams.

Built on a deep understanding of the game, these athletes don’t just play — they study it, process it, and execute at a high level. Their football IQ, combined with speed, discipline, and toughness, shows up every time they step on the field.

The results speak for themselves. Dozens of tournament championships across the country. Consistent success against nationally ranked opponents. Multiple athletes selected to the USA Football Select Bowl — including representation on the USA Junior National Team  (Team USA) from KC Heat Red.
