LI LIGHTNING Girls Flag Football team consists of young lady student-athletes from various school districts. The LI LIGHTNING provides the young players the opportunity to learn, develop, and love the great game of flag football. We promote teamwork, physical fitness, speed & agility, sportsmanship, a positive educational and athletic environment an overall positive, inviting atmosphere for all.
