The 12U Lady Colts are a core developmental group, designed for rising middle-school athletes who are serious about growth, teamwork, and competition. Players here refine their footwork, timing, defensive awareness, and flag-football IQ. This is often the age where we begin preparing athletes for state-level and national-level flag competition.
