TFL Lady Colts is Houston’s first youth girls-select flag football program, operating under T810 Sports / The Farm League. Based in Klein, TX, we offer high-level training and competitive flag football for girls roughly ages 6 – 18. From our first award-winning 10U squad in 2021, we’ve grown rapidly — expanding to multiple age groups and competing at regional, statewide, and national tournaments. Our mission is to provide a top-tier, all-girls flag football experience that develops athleticism, teamwork, and competitive spirit, while offering flexibility for busy families. New players are accepted year-round through our player evaluation process, making TFL Lady Colts an accessible entry point for girls seeking to learn the sport or take their game to the next level. TFL Lady Colts fields multiple teams across various age divisions — from youth levels (8U, 10U, 12U, 14U) up to high school — plus a developmental/training squad. Roster sizes are kept tight (typically 8–10 girls) to ensure quality playtime, strong competition, and proper skill development. We compete in both league play and high-stakes tournaments (regional and national), and have built a track record of success: champions at events such as Battle 5 National, FFX Cowboys Tournament, Rise Up Lonestar Shootout, Centex Texas Showdown, and strong finishes at the “We Run the World” national championships. Our structure combines team practices (typically Sunday afternoons) with optional weekday sports-performance and skill-training sessions — giving players flexibility and a clear pathway to improve. We welcome girls of all experience levels — prior flag-football experience is not required. As long as a player brings athleticism and work ethic, we’ll teach them the sport and help them grow. This makes us a great fit both for girls new to football and for athletes balancing multiple sports or school commitments. Because we are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we’re committed to keeping the sport accessible — including offering scholarships or financial assistance when needed — and we also rely on sponsorships to help cover team travel and tournament costs.
