The 8U Lady Colts are our youngest competitive squad — perfect for rising stars ready to learn the basics of flag football. This team introduces girls to the fundamentals: catching, route running, flag pulling, and teamwork — all in a fun, inclusive environment. Roster size is kept small (8–10 players) so each girl gets plenty of touches, reps, and chances to build confidence early. No prior flag-football experience required.
